Adam Abramson is a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank in New York.

Abramson joined Deutsche Bank in 2001, and has 14 years of experience in chemicals investment banking involving over $75 billion of advisory and capital markets transactions for clients in the Chemicals sector. He graduated from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business with a B.S. in Finance.

M&A experience includes: advising Trinseo on its IPO and working on the acquisition of Etimex by Solutia, the acquisition of Celanese by Blackstone, and the joint venture of Americas Styrenics by Dow and ChevronPhillips Chemical.
