Amy Williams has joined SK Capital in June of 2022 as the Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Williams was the Head of People for Surveyor Capital, a hedge fund within Citadel LLC, where she was responsible for the human capital strategy supporting a global business with colleagues in New York, Greenwich, Boston, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, London and Hong Kong.

Prior to her tenure at Citadel, she has previously held several leadership roles including the Chief People Officer for Melissa & Doug, a portfolio company of AEA Investors. In addition, Ms. Williams was the Head of Human Resources for Castleton Commodities International, a global energy merchant headquartered in Stamford, CT with asset operations in multiple states across the U.S. and trading offices across 7 countries and she was also the Head of Human Resources for Plainfield Asset Management, a multi-strategy hedge fund located in Greenwich and London.

In addition to her leadership roles, Ms. Williams was a Senior Vice President in Human Resources at Bank of America Securities in New York. Prior to that she worked for Bear Stearns in various Human Resources roles supporting the Fixed Income and Equity divisions.

Ms. Williams received a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Lynchburg and an M.S. in Labor Relations & Human Resources Management from the New York Institute of Technology. Ms. Williams lives in New Canaan, CT with her husband and two children.
