Brad Crocker is the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Board Member of Trecora LLC, a specialty chemicals company, a role he assumed in 2022. He concurrently serves as President and CEO of Epsilyte LLC, a leading producer of expandable polystyrene. With over three decades in the chemical and plastics industry, Crocker previously led Americas Styrenics LLC (AmSty) from 2012 to 2020, transforming it from a $14 million loss in 2011 to $260 million net income in 2018 through cost management, market strategies, and $300 million in capital investments that enhanced safety and reliability. Earlier, he held executive positions at Lawter, Nalco Chemical Company, International Paper, and Momentive Specialty Chemicals, including leading the formation of Lawter via divestiture from Harima Chemicals. His career began in 1992 at Union Camp Corporation’s Chemical Products Division, progressing through sales, marketing, and management. Crocker earned a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Georgia and served as a U.S. Army commissioned officer post-graduation. He also completed executive education at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
