Chris Power, PhD, is a Global Co-head of J.P.Morgan’s Chemicals group based in New York. Previously, he worked for Schlumberger and Dow Chemical. Mr. Power has advised companies on mergers & acquisitions, capital structure, equity, debt and other capital market transactions. He holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from Georgia Tech.
