Panelist of the Third CME M&A Meeting, Daniel S. Hoverman, CFA is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Markets Group, and is responsible for assisting the firm’s clients in raising capital through offerings of equity, convertible and debt securities. Over the course of his career, Mr. Hoverman has assisted clients in raising capital of over $100 billion in registered, Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings of securities throughout the capital spectrum. Before joining Houlihan, he was a director with Credit Suisse in Hong Kong in the firm’s Office of the General Counsel, and a director with UBS in New York in the firm’s Equity Capital Markets Group. He began his career with Kirkland & Ellis LLP as a corporate attorney. Mr. Hoverman received a B.A. from Yale University, where he graduated cum laude and with distinction in history, and received a J.D. and M.B.A. from Columbia University, where he was a James Kent Scholar and a John C. Olin Fellow.
