Edward Grebow is the Managing Director of Lakewood Advisors, LLC, a boutique financial advisory firm he founded in 2018. Known for his expertise in financial services, media, and technology, he has led major M&A and capital raising transactions in the US and Japan. Notable projects include the rescues of Amalgamated Bank and ULLICO, as well as the renovation of New York City’s Ed Sullivan Theater.  Mr. Grebow served as Executive Vice President of CBS Inc, President of Sony Electronics Broadcast Company, Vice President of J.P. Morgan & Co., and EVP of the Bowery Savings Bank. He also led the Metropolitan Television Alliance which restored television service to NYC following the destruction of the World Trade Center on 9/11. He has served on the boards of Alcentra Capital Corporation, Diamond Offshore Drilling Inc., and College Avenue Student Loans Inc. Grebow is a trustee of WNET and the Laborers International Union Charitable Foundation and has been involved with numerous other organizations including the Theater Development Fund. Grebow holds a BBA degree in finance and accounting from George Washington University, where he also served as a trustee.
