Managing Director & Global Head of Lincoln’s International Global Chemical practice has more than 25 years of experience. Previously, Federico was a managing director at Peter J. Solomon Company. Before that, he was co-head of JPMorgan Chase’s Global Consumer Products M&A business, in addition to leading Chase’s Global Chemical and Industrial M&A advisory activities. He has worked at Deutsche Bank, Lazard, McKinsey, Oppenheimer, and Arthur Andersen. Federico holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA cum laude from Yale University. He is a CFA and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.
