Yash Gautam is a Senior Partner with the Boston office of McKinsey and Company and leads McKinsey’s work on Digital and Analytics across the Lifesciences and Chemicals industry. Over the past years, he has successfully lead AI led transformations across organizations in the US and Europe to unlock growth as well as efficiency. Yash is a firm believer of bringing the technology side of AI, together with the business and culture side of organizations to create lasting change and systematic use of AI. Yash is passionate about helping his Chemicals clients discover and benefit from the value of AI across the value chain. Yash did his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
