Mr. Amin joined SK Capital in September 2023 as a Vice President on the Flagship investment team. SK Capital is a leading private investment firm focused on the specialty materials, ingredients, and life sciences sectors that make up the building blocks of modern life. Since SK Capital’s founding in 2007, it has raised 7 funds and has in aggregate approximately $9B of assets under management and over 20 portfolio companies, which in total generate approximately $12B of revenue. Mr. Amin currently serves on the Board of Directors of Woodstock Sterile Solutions.

Prior to joining SK Capital, Mr. Amin was an investment professional at Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC) in their Direct Investments Group, where he focused on industrials and business services investment opportunities. With over 2,600 employees, GIC is a global long-term investor established in 1981 to manage Singapore’s foreign reserves invested in more than 40 countries worldwide. Prior to GIC, Mr. Amin was an Associate at Kohlberg & Company and an investment banker at Bank of America.

Mr. Amin earned a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He serves as a CME Board Member since February 2025.
