Brooke Stokes is a Partner in McKinsey’s Aerospace & Defense practice. Her focus is on growth strategy, innovation, and transactions-related work, supporting clients on topics such as go-to-market strategies, market sizing, strategic portfolio reviews, ecosystem market scans, equity story development, and market diligence. Brooke plays an integral role in McKinsey’s space work: she has co-led their space knowledge partnerships, including collaborations with the Aerospace Industries Association and the World Economic Forum. She is currently leading McKinsey’s knowledge partnership with the World Economic Forum, having recently published a report on the outlook for the space sector and satellite-enabled applications across industries. Her published work covers topics such as space investment funding trends, satellite constellation performance analysis, the role of space in global priorities, and industry R&D funding analysis. Brooke received her MBA from Wharton, a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, and a bachelor’s degree from Bucknell.
