Nationally recognized space systems expert and senior manager with over 25 years of experience in the acquisition, assessment and development of advanced technology and space systems. Currently, he is Manager – Formulation Office at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Previously he was the General Manager  of NASA and Civil Space Programs at Aerospace. He has a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California.
