Evan Junek is a Managing Director in J.P. Morgan’s Corporate Finance Advisory group. Corporate Finance Advisory provides senior-level corporate finance advice to major global corporations across industries. Most recently, Mr. Junek has advised various senior executives and boards on valuation, capital structure, capital allocation, separations, and other shareholder value enhancement strategies. Mr. Junek has also authored widely distributed reports addressing timely corporate finance issues and works to provide client solutions on corporate finance topics.

Mr. Junek holds a B.S. in computer science engineering with a concentration in economics from Cornell University. He currently serves on the board of the Energy Infrastructure Council
