Heather Rose-Glowacki is Senior Director, Industry Intelligences & Analysis, at the American Chemistry Council (ACC), a trade association representing companies engaged in the business of chemistry. Heather joined ACC in 2004 and in her current role, she is responsible for developing and maintaining insights and analytics on essential chemicals (i.e., end uses, products, applications, value chains, benefits, and issues) and chemical industry trends. Heather has a MS in Business Intelligence and Analytics from Saint Joseph’s University and a BA in English from Providence College, as well as a certificate in Corporate Finance from Georgetown University, and a Master of Competitive Intelligence Professional (CIP-II ™) certification from the Academy of Competitive Intelligence.
