Dr. Jonathan A. R. Rall is the Associate Chief Scientist for Programs and Projects within NASA’s Office of the Chief Scientist (OCS). For the previous nine years, Dr. Rall was the Planetary Research Director for the Planetary Science Division/Science Mission Directorate at NASA. Prior positions include, Associate Director of the Solar System Exploration Division, Program Officer for NASA’s Planetary Instrument Definition & Development. Dr. Rall has a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, MO and a BS, MS, and PhD in Physics from American University in Washington, DC.
