Mark Gross is a Managing Director at Dominick & Dickerman, a New York-based investment bank that works with large and medium-sized companies, financial institutions, and financial sponsors in the US and internationally.  He advises on mergers & acquisitions and capital raising with a particular focus on clients looking to expand their reach in some of the world’s most dynamic markets. Previously, he was Head of Corporate & Investment Banking, Brazil at Standard Chartered Bank and Senior Country Officer for Brazil and the Southern Cone at American Express Bank International.  In his 20 years covering Latin America and China, he has been involved in a number of notable transactions within and between these important regions.  He holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business.
