Metropolitan Opera Chairman Ann Ziff unites the arts with education and science, guiding the Met through more than a decade of financial sustainability, groundbreaking programming, and expanded global outreach, while championing the arts-STEM intersection to inspire tomorrow's discoveries. A dedicated philanthropist in arts, education, conservation, and music therapy, Ziff holds Master's degrees from NYU (Social Work) and Temple University (Music Therapy), where she is a Visiting Professor. She serves as Vice Chairman of Lincoln Center and on boards including the World Science Festival, LACMA, and Los Angeles Opera. She founded the Caribbean Community Theater, co-founded and chaired Smile Train, has lectured at Oxford's Saïd Business School, and holds honorary doctorates from Juilliard, Wittenberg University, and Manhattan School of Music.

Henry Kravis co-founded KKR in 1976 and is KKR Co-Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer. He serves on the boards of First Data Corporation and ICONIQ Capital, LLC. He also serves as a director, chairman emeritus or trustee of several cultural, professional, and educational institutions, including The Business Council, Columbia Business School, Mount Sinai Hospital, Partnership Fund for New York City, Rockefeller University, Sponsors for Educational Opportunity and Tsinghua University School of Economics. He earned a B.A. from Claremont McKenna College in 1967 and an M.B.A. from the Columbia Business School in 1969. He has vast experience financing, analyzing, and investing in public and private companies, as well as serving on the boards of a number of KKR portfolio companies.
